We stayed there 10/26/2023 in room 212. Great place to stay! Room was clean and comfy. Check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend staying there to anyone that’s wants a nice room and a great price. We definitely will return!
My best friend and I spent 3 nights at the Swiss Village Inn. We were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and ease of the room and hotel. The room was clean and smelled good, the bathroom was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. When we arrived the hotel staff were very considerate, polite and friendly. Our stay was comfortable and nice to have the trolley system available right in front our motel. We would recommend this as a good place to stay.
Owners are very very nice. They checked on me consistently to make sure I had everything I needed. The place was quiet and the pool was very clean and quiet. The room was well worth the money. I would highly recommend staying. He does get a deposit on the towels to make sure they're not damaged or taken. But he does return it.
As a Gen X'er, I loved this room. Straight out of the 80's and legit. I'd 5 star the room, but let's be honest... the carpet is probably from the 80's :) ... Not a room for the younger generations who want updated Cracker Barrels, and fancy Hiltons for the price of Hamburger Helper.
Hello sorry so late. I promised id leave a review so here I am. Was here Easter weekend and stayed here at last minute because everything else was booked. Im glad I did. Room was clean and pleasant. Owner was exceptional on making sure I had plenty of everything. He was working 24/7 on the property very attentive to make sure this place is in top top shape. Very reasonable price, great location and yay no carpeting!!! Room was equipped with refrig, coffee maker and fast WiFi. Isn't pet friendly though but still worth the stay. Highly recommend
This is a great budget-friendly option! The team there is warm and friendly and even though there were some small cosmetic repairs that could have been made, the room was really clean. The tub, shower, toilet, and sink were especially spotless. The bedding and bed were comfortable and clean. This is not fancy, but cozy and close to lots of good restaurants. Would definitely plan on staying here again.
We had a very nice visit to Eureka Springs! The people at the hotel were kind and helpful. They made us feel at home during our stay.
We got to stay at Swiss Village Inn last year four or five times and we were just there this weekend. We always get a room with the two person Jacuzzi. We always feel so welcome when I get there the staff is always polite and friendly.. Swiss Village Inn is a great location probably about a mile from downtown main section. When we go to Eureka Springs, this is where we like to stay.
